One major advantage is that it's very useful for daily life.
A second advantage is that it saves us time.
The Third advantage is that it gives us time to do more things.
However, there are many arguments against the use of technology.
One major disadvantage is that it can become an addiction.
A second disadvantage is that until you don't manage it very well you can waste a lot of time.
In conclusion, despite some disadvantages, technology is an exciting and useful invention.
